During this all-day program, participants will practice the latest techniques of design thinking to move the HR function beyond a transactional approach and into the more strategic experiential model. Participants will uncover ways to build engagement into the organization and understand how to define and communicate the value of Employee Experience to stakeholders throughout the C-suite. Participants will also receive a design kit, curated resources, and the latest trends on cultural analytics and how best to prepare for Generation Z’s imminent arrival into the workplace.
